Josie Molloy has extensive experience in sports administration, currently serving as PA to the Men's Senior Manager, U21's Head Coach, and Head of Coaching at The Football Association since June 2013. In addition to this role, Josie holds positions as Teams Delivery Officer and Grassroots Delivery Coordinator within the organization. Prior to this, Josie was the Area Training Administrator at the Rugby Football Union from 2008 to 2013. Josie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Development and Leisure Management from the University of Gloucestershire, completed from 2002 to 2005, and received earlier education at Didcot Sixth Forms College and Didcot Girls’ School.
