Kay Cossington is an experienced professional in women's football, currently serving on the UEFA Women’s Football Committee since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing recommendations for competitions and monitoring various UEFA tournaments. Since January 2005, Kay has held multiple roles at The Football Association, including FA Women’s Technical Director, Head of Women’s Technical, and England Women National Coach for age groups U15 to U23. Additionally, Kay is a Football Advisory Panel Member for The International Football Advisory Board and has served as a Coach Mentor for FIFA from October 2018 to October 2023. Previously, Kay was the International Youth Elite Player Pathway Consultant for UEFA and Head Coach of Great Britain's Women's Football team, leading them to a Gold medal at the 2013 Games in Kazan, Russia. Kay’s earlier coaching roles include Technical Director for Millwall Community Trust and Head Coach for West Ham United Ladies FC, focusing on youth development and community engagement. Educationally, Kay holds a Master’s degree in Sports Leadership from the University of Buckingham.
