Mannie Neville

Mannie Neville is an experienced resourcing and talent management professional, currently serving as the Resourcing & Talent Manager at The Football Association since November 2018. Previously, Mannie held significant roles at Pontoon Solutions, including Client Services Director and Head of Client Solutions within the Next Generation talent service, focusing on graduate and apprentice recruitment solutions. Prior experience includes roles at hyphen Workforce Solutions, where Mannie managed recruitment functions for major clients such as Nokia and Lloyds Banking Group, and held the position of Programme Manager on-site at EE. Mannie's career began at Spring Technology, where roles included Account Executive and Resource Executive.
