Simon Russell

Simon Russell currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Wiltshire FA, leading initiatives to support and develop all stakeholders within Wiltshire Football. In addition to this role, Simon works as a Coach Mentor for Disability Football with The Football Association, focusing on enhancing coach development and team progress. Previous experience includes a Communication and Engagement Manager role at Aston Manor Cider, and a PolicyBristol Associate position at the University of Bristol, where Simon facilitated policy impact from academic research. Simon founded Inside Media, a communication and PR agency, and held various managerial positions in communication across multiple industries, including a significant tenure at Matthew Clark/Constellation Europe. Educational qualifications include an MSc. in Strategy, Change and Leadership from the University of Bristol and ongoing study towards an MSc. in Systems Thinking and Leadership at the University of Birmingham.
