Geir Sand Nilsen

Geir Sand Nilsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in startups, innovation, and grants. Currently serving as a Soft Funding Expert at TheFactory since 2021 and a Grant Specialist at MrGrants since 2020, Geir specializes in assisting impact startups with grant acquisition and management. Geir co-founded Edtech Foundry, creator of the chat app Differ, and previously held roles as Chief Innovation Officer at Fanbooster and Presenter at GründerTV. Furthermore, Geir founded Mobilskole, a two-way communication system for schools, and established InCent as a mobile marketing agency in Norway. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Project Management from Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and entrepreneurial studies at National University of Singapore and Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship.
