Ari Langsdorf

Co-founder/brand Architect at The Foundation

Ari Langsdorf has a diverse work experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry. In 2004, Ari joined PRPS Goods and Co as a Brand Manager, where they successfully grew the distribution of the luxury denim brand from 15 to 150 accounts. They worked closely with denim retailers, international distributors, PR agencies, and designers to maintain a thriving wholesale business. In 2007, Ari co-founded The Vanguard Group, an organization that curated and built fashion and lifestyle brands through strategic distribution and sales opportunities. Previous brands they worked with include Creative Recreation, Crooks and Castles, and Hellz Bellz, among others. In 2008, Ari co-founded The Foundation, a collective of brand architects specializing in sales and retail strategy for fashion and lifestyle brands. The Foundation operated as an in-house team, providing inventive retail solutions and brand building strategies for emerging and established brands within the industry.

Ari Langsdorf attended Penn State University from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.

The Foundation

The Foundation is a multifaceted organization designed to help curate and build fashion, tech, home and lifestyle brands. We are a full service agency and pride ourselves on working closely with our clients and partners, taking them to market in a stalwart and strategic manner that assimilates both business and image requirements. Our primary business is sales. We are involved on many different levels with each brand to help build them monetarily while simultaneously enhancing their notoriety. We consider ourselves "brand architects"​, as we believe the success of each brand depends on the way it is built. The Foundation consists of four founding members: Antwain, Ari, Daniel and Dre. Each founder has 20+ years in sales experience and relationships in the industry. They each contribute diverse experiences from working for small niche brands to some of the most authoritative and successful brands in the world. At The Foundation one of our most regarded assets is our team. We have a fantastic staff with the drive and determination to conquer any and all goals that are set before them. In addition we are blessed to have multiple decades worth of relationships with retail partners that we revere and treasure. Their businesses are our businesses as our success is directly dependent on their success. In 2017 we expanded our services and we are now focused on a full suite of services inclusive of Distribution, Licensing, Development & Design. We have a full team focused on Imports, Logistics, Warehousing, Marketing, Finance, etc...
