Erika Richardson is an experienced program manager and director with a strong background in revenue optimization and demand partnerships. Currently serving as Lead Program Manager for Revenue Optimization at The General® since May 2023, Erika previously held several key roles at MediaAlpha from February 2014 to January 2022, including Director and Senior Manager of Demand Partnerships. At MediaAlpha, Erika contributed to a company that facilitates over 50 million advertising transactions annually, driving significant spend across various verticals. Prior experience includes Senior Sales Analyst positions at both Hired Gun Media and 3G Studios Inc., as well as a role as a Web and Database Engineer focused on data analysis and sales activity monitoring. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned between 2006 and 2010.
