Cheryl Oertel

Cheryl Oertel has extensive work experience in the sales and management field. Cheryl is currently working as the Regional Vice President for the Central Region at TheGuarantors since June 2022. Prior to this, Cheryl worked at CoStar Group starting in November 2009. At CoStar Group, they held multiple positions and was promoted several times. Cheryl'sroles included Director, Interim Regional Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, Account Management and Inside Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executive. Before joining CoStar Group, Cheryl worked at CareerBuilder.com from July 2006. Cheryl worked their way up through different roles including Small Business Account Executive, Senior Online Specialist, and Account Executive in the Enterprise Unit.

Cheryl Oertel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate and Marketing with a focus on Sales from DePaul University. This degree was earned between the years 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
