Richard Sochor is an individual who has gained valuable work experience in various industries. Richard began their career at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute as a Researcher, where they conducted an fMRI study on the effects of opioids on the neuroanatomical correlates of adult human sadness in bereavement. Richard was responsible for supervising interactions, preparing documentation for the Institutional Review Board, administering psychological surveys, and providing recommendations for future surveys.

Currently, Richard is an Underwriting Specialist / Customer Success professional at TheGuarantors, a FinTech company specializing in risk and financial solutions for the real estate industry. Their role involves leveraging their expertise in real estate, risk, and finance to provide innovative solutions for landlords, leasing staff, brokers, renters, and tenants. TheGuarantors' subsidiary, Securiti, aims to enhance the leasing process by simplifying and reducing costs associated with security packages for office landlords and tenants.
Richard Sochor holds a Master's degree in Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College. Richard also has obtained several certifications, including "Salesforce Basics" from Coursera in January 2022, "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" from Coursera in May 2021, "COVID-19 Contact Tracing" from Coursera in March 2021, and "Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes" from Coursera in March 2021.
