Craig Michael Thompson

Craig Michael Thompson serves as the Head of Engineering at Hive HR since December 2018, leading a skilled team of Fullstack and Test Automation Engineers while directing the technical evolution of the cloud-based surveying and reporting platform designed for enhancing workforce engagement. With over a decade of experience as a Full-stack Developer and Consultant at craigsworks, proficiency in both Front-end and Back-end web applications is evident. Prior to their role at Hive HR, Craig held the position of Technical Lead at Communicator from December 2013 to December 2018, where coordination of a development team was key to delivering an advanced SaaS product. Craig has also contributed to various projects and companies, including Eturnity, Syngenta, and Eutechnyx, showcasing expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Craig holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, obtained in 2013.
