Patti Turfrey

Patti Turfrey is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as Lead People Scientist at Hive HR since March 2023. Patti previously worked as an Organisational Psychologist at Boo Coaching & Consulting and Go Engage from March 2021 to March 2021 and October 2018 to March 2021, respectively, with an acting role as Senior Organisational Psychologist. At Patti's Majesty's Prison and Probation Service, Patti transitioned from Trainee Occupational Psychologist to Assessment Design and Evaluation - Psychological Assistant between January 2015 and October 2018. Early career experiences include volunteering in a publicity marketing role for the BPS DOP Conference, serving as HR Shared Service Coordinator at Gazprom Marketing & Trading, and participating in various project consultancy roles. Patti holds an MSc with distinction in Occupational Psychology from the University of Gloucestershire and a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol.
