Renata França has over 14 years of professional experience in the design industry. Renata started their career in 2006 as an Intern at Focar. In 2007, they moved to Eguana as a UX Designer. In 2009, they joined Kindle Digital Agency as an Online Creation Coordinator and later became a UX Designer. In 2013, they joined Fullpack Comunicação as an Online Creation Coordinator. In 2018, they moved to Accenture as a Product Designer. In 2019, they joined SKY Brasil as a Product Designer and was promoted to Product Designer Lead in 2020. Currently, they are a Lead Product Designer at Theia.
Renata França obtained their MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2011. Renata also holds a Bacharelado in Design Gráfico from Estácio, which they earned between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Dados e Pesquisa Quantitativa from Aprender Design in October 2022, UX Management: Strategy and Tactics from The Interaction Design Foundation in September 2022, Liderando Times de Design from Aprender Design in May 2022, Data-driven design: Quantitative Research for UX from Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in January 2021, Bootcamp Women Leadership from Women Leadership in October 2020, and UX Metrics 2.0 - Product Analytic from PunkMetrics.
