Cole Griffis

Cole Griffis is an experienced software support specialist currently employed at IMAGINE since February 2021. Prior to this role, Cole served as a senior software support engineer at SUZOHAPP from May 2018 to March 2020, providing support for various IoT and cloud-based solutions in a managed service environment across multiple industries. With a solid foundation in technical support gained from a position at SAP between May 2012 and February 2018, Cole focused on the SAP Mobile and Agentry Platforms. Earlier experience includes working as a field systems technician at H&R Block and as a programmer at Entertaining Games Inc. Cole holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from Westwood College-Chicago Loop, earned between 2004 and 2007.
