Susan Edwards

Susan Edwards is an experienced project and account manager with a strong background in mailing and customer service. Since December 2013, Susan has served as a Project Manager and Mailing Specialist at Classic, specializing in direct mail and kitting. Simultaneously, since January 2014, Susan has held the position of Account Manager at Imagine. Prior to these roles, Susan managed customer service operations at Creative Marketing Solutions from November 1998 to December 2013, overseeing administrative staff and mailing accounts. From 1986 to 1998, Susan worked at Royal and Sunalliace, where responsibilities included Print Shop Manager and Customer Service Manager.
