Johannes Eisele

Johannes Eisele has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Johannes began their career in 2001 as an IT System Specialist at CDSoft GmbH / Soloplan GmbH. Johannes worked there until 2006. In 2009, they became a Student Trainee at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems, where they worked until 2011.

In 2011, they joined meteocontrol as a Teamlead Plant Design & Comissioning. Johannes worked there until 2014. In the same year, they joined Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH as a Senior Project Manager Innovation. Johannes remained in this role until June 2021.

In 2019, they became an Executive Partner at Jöb Beteiligungen, a position they currently hold. In 2020, they co-founded Theion and serves as a Founding Partner - Director Operations (proxy). Additionally, they joined Theion's Advisory Board in March 2021, where they served until August 2022.
