Oli Richards is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at The Beyond Collective since July 2021, overseeing marketing, new business, and PR efforts across various specialized agencies. As a member of the IPA New Business & Marketing Group, Oli contributes to promoting best practices and mentoring future talent within the industry. Previous roles include New Business Director at Dentsu Creative and Marketing & New Business Director at dentsu mcgarrybowen, where extensive experience in driving business growth and strategic marketing was gained. Beginning a career in marketing at Synergy, Oli also held positions at ITCH Agency and Rainmaker Consulting, demonstrating a strong foundation in client management and business development. Oli holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Reading.
