Paul Cooper

Paul Cooper is an experienced executive currently serving as a Council Member at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and as a Board Member on the Greater Manchester Combined Authority's Employer Integration Board. In the professional sphere, Paul holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for the North Group at EssenceMediacom UK, following a successful tenure as Chief Operating Officer at MediaCom North Limited from 2019 to 2023. Paul has a strong background in digital media, having led MediaCom i-Lab UK, the largest digital media operation in the UK, and played pivotal roles in growth and management across various organizations, including MediaCom and Brilliant Media. Paul began their career in digital marketing with Webpromote UK, contributing to its emergence as a leading online agency.
