Neelam began their career as an IT Project Coordinator at HSBC Bank in 2002, where they excelled in managing project coordination and maintaining effective communication between customer departments, IT, and vendors.

In 2003, they transitioned to HSBC Dubai as a Project Manager, specializing in Business Process Reengineering. Neelam played a crucial role in streamlining and improving business processes within the organization.

Neelam then joined HSBC in 2005 as the Manager of Operations for the Payments Operations team in the Middle East. Neelam led a team of 100 individuals and oversaw both onshore and offshore operations.

In 2007, Neelam was promoted to Vice President at HSBC, taking on responsibilities in Account Management, Service Delivery, and Migrations and Capacity Management. Neelam successfully managed a global team and spearheaded the creation of a governance model for the newly formed Shared Services department.

From 2012 to 2015, Neelam worked as the Business Director at Whizard Academy in Somerset, NJ, showcasing their expertise in business operations and administration.

Since 2016, Neelam has been associated with The Learning Experience, first as a Childcare Director and currently as an Area Manager. Neelam'srole involves overseeing operations and ensuring the effective management of educational programs.
