Sylvain Lecoq

Sylvain LECOQ has extensive experience in the insurance and commercial sectors, currently serving as Responsable Réseau at Thélem assurances since July 2017, focusing on the recruitment of general agents and the reorganization of agency portfolios, alongside overseeing training, management, and audit of agencies. Prior to this role, Sylvain LECOQ held various positions at Aviva from May 2007 to July 2017, including Directeur de Région and Inspecteur régional réseau, where responsibilities encompassed commercial network management and agent recruitment. Sylvain LECOQ also contributed as Responsable d'animation commerciale, coordinating regional commercial action plans. Earlier experience includes working as an Inspecteur Commercial at STMicroelectronics from June 2000 to April 2006 and a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Management Sciences from IAE Tours and a DUT in Business Management from IUT Tours.
