Catherine Fearn

Catherine Fearn currently serves as AVP of Credit Risk and Quality Assurance Manager at theLender, where responsibilities include metrics provision and training for various departments, focusing on FHA/VA/USDA, Conventional, and Non-QM lending. Previously, Catherine was a DE Underwriter at a wholesale mortgage company and worked as a remote QA/QC Auditor at Nations Lending, performing underwriting audits across multiple agencies and product lines. Catherine established a forensic underwriting and anti-money laundering department at Pacific Union Financial, and held compliance and operations roles at iApprove Lending and Manhattan Financial Group. Catherine's career began as Executive Vice President at Dollar Mortgage Corp. Catherine holds a Master’s Degree in Law with a minor in Criminal Justice and Human Resources from National University.
