Shubham Rohila is an experienced pastry chef with a diverse background in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Head Pastry Chef at Otaku Japanese Restaurant since September 2022, Shubham has also held positions including Pastry Chef de Partie and Pastry Chef at The Lighthouse, as well as various roles at Baba Cafe, BLK Cab Coffee™, The 'H' Hotel, Eric's Restaurant, Nanu Resort, and Seashell Beach Suit. Educational qualifications include two diplomas in Hotel Management from Gharwal University, obtained in 2013 and 2014, emphasizing expertise in hospitality administration and management.
