Heritage Portfolio
George Katsantonis has a strong background in pastry chef roles. George started their career as a pastry chef at Daios Cove Luxury Resort and Villas from 2006 to 2010, taking on the role of Head pastry chef. George then moved on to Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, where they worked as a Pastry Chef from 2011 to 2014. Following that, George worked at Harvey Nichols as a pastry chef from 2015 to 2017. George then transitioned to Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events in 2017, where they held the position of Head pastry chef. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Heritage Portfolio, taking on the role of Head pastry chef once again.
George Katsantonis attended La Chef Levi from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Baking and Pastry Arts to become a Baker/Pastry Chef. George then went on to Ecole Levi, where they obtained a degree in Pastry Chef. No specific dates were provided for their time at Ecole Levi.
