Giulia Montagna has a diverse work experience in various roles within the fashion, beauty, and luxury industries. Giulia began their career at Coty as an Assistant Marketing in 2014 before moving to Luxottica Group as an Assistant Brand Manager for Dolce&Gabbana in 2014. In 2015, they joined L'Oréal as a Marketing Assistant for HELENA RUBINSTEIN. Giulia then returned to Luxottica Group as a Product Analyst for Buying & Planning Stars from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to Thélios, where they held the position of LOEWE and BERLUTI Global Brand Manager until 2019. Giulia then became the CELINE Eyewear Global Brand Manager from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, Giulia worked at DIOR Eyewear as the Global Brand Manager from 2020 to 2023. Their current role is the Watches & Jewelry Brand Director at Thélios, starting in October 2023.

Giulia Montagna completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2009 to 2012, they attended Università Bocconi and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture and Communication.

- Giulia then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Management at Università Bocconi from 2012 to 2015.
