Innbal Menashri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Innbal began their career at Scepia as a Project Manager from September 1998 to July 2000. Innbal then joined keshet tv as a Project Manager from August 2000 to February 2003. In 2003, they became a Product Marketing Manager at Partner Communications Company Ltd. until April 2005. From January 2011 to November 2018, they worked at Haaretz as a UX Specialist, and later as a Data Products Lead. In 2016, they also volunteered as a Core-Group member at WE Women Experience until 2018.

Innbal Menashri pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Business Administration at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was completed in 2002. Innbal then attended John Bryce in 2005-2006, specializing in Systems Analysis. Continuing their education, Innbal Menashri enrolled in NAYA-College from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Data Science. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Cognitive Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem starting from 2020.
