Erik Leavell is a seasoned design and user experience professional currently serving as the Director of Design at The Matchbox, a digital marketing agency focused on scaling B2B and B2C companies. In addition, Erik holds the position of Director of User Experience at Codified and is the Founder of Leavell Creative, LLC, where expertise encompasses brand transformation and UI/UX design. Previous roles include Creative Director and Senior UI/UX Designer at White Glove, along with serving as the Board Chairman of the Web Committee for the Esports Trade Association, which supports the esports community through professional development and advocacy.
