Phoebe Tam

Phoebe Tam is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRBP Specialist at Morgan Stanley since August 2025. Prior to this role, Phoebe worked at Under Armour from August 2022 to July 2025 as an HR Associate and HR Coordinator for the APAC region. Phoebe's experience also includes a Human Resources Internship in Talent Acquisition at Schneider Electric, and previous internships at Cigna and the English Schools Foundation. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Year Long Exchange Program in Marketing and Management from Loughborough University. Phoebe completed a High School Diploma at International Christian School.
