Dana Worthington is an accomplished leader in business development and project management, currently serving as President of Dana Worthington & Associates since April 2024. With extensive experience at RHWE, Inc., where Dana has held the role of President since November 1999, expertise encompasses project and construction management in themed entertainment, hospitality, and high-end residential sectors. Additional leadership roles include Business Development Manager at Solomon Group and Director of Project Management at JK2 Scenic. Dana has significantly contributed to notable projects at Walt Disney World while serving as Senior Project Manager for Barton Malow Company and holding key positions at Clark Construction Group, Baha Mar, and ADMI, Inc. An active member of the Themed Entertainment Association as an elected volunteer on the Eastern Division Board, Dana demonstrates a commitment to the industry. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Landscape Architecture & Environmental Planning from Rutgers University.
