Alexandre Fremaux

Alexandre Fremaux is an experienced software engineering manager with a robust background in the visual effects industry. At The Mill since March 2022, Alexandre oversees the technical team at Mikros VFX, focusing on empowering engineers and managing the technical roadmap. Previously, Alexandre led the pipeline team at Ingenuity Studios Inc. from September 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included guiding technical artists and software engineers through career development and managing technical strategies. Prior to that, from July 2019 to August 2021, Alexandre served as Technical Lead at Kickstart Entertainment, where the focus was on managing programmers to develop essential tools and infrastructure for artists and production, alongside leading recruitment efforts for engineers and technical directors.
