Simon Burke

Simon Burke is an experienced VFX Supervisor currently employed at The Mill since September 2023. Previously, Simon held the position of VFX Supervisor at Screen Scene Post Production from December 2022 to September 2023, focusing on realtime rendering technologies. Additional roles include CG Supervisor at Jellyfish Pictures, contributing to projects such as 'The Nevers' for HBO and 'Nautilus' for Disney+, and Creative Director at Piranha Bar, overseeing various VFX and animation projects. Simon's expertise also includes CG Supervisor and Lighting Lead positions at MPC and Double Negative, with successful contributions to major productions like Jon Favreau's adaptation of 'The Lion King.' Simon started as Lead 3D Artist at Windmill Lane, following a foundational role as a CG Artist at Studio Zenith and The Picture Company. Simon holds a Higher National Diploma in Animation Production from IADT Dun Laoghaire.
