Eliza Thompson

Eliza Thompson possesses extensive experience in roles that bridge various sectors and address critical global issues. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Becera since January 2022, Eliza focuses on enhancing civic engagement and resolving information challenges across public and private sectors. Concurrently a Financial Crime Researcher at Themis, Eliza analyzes global financial crime threats. Previous positions include Associate Project Manager at Park Advisors, where Eliza tackled international issues like disinformation, and a researcher at UNICRI, contributing to initiatives on illicit financial flows in Eastern Europe. Eliza's background also includes legal research at Phillips, Erlewine, Given & Carlin LLP, and internships with Rio Tinto, the US Congress, and the World Affairs Council of Northern California. Eliza holds a Master's degree in European Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stanford University.
