Matt Deacon

Matthew Deacon has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Matthew is currently serving as the CTO at Themis since October 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded Ensygnia Limited in 2011, where they held the role of Co-Founder & CTO. At Ensygnia, they developed a patented system called OneScan, which allows secure transactions through mobile scanning. Before that, they worked as the Managing Director at inTHiNK, a strategic IT consultancy, from October 2010. Matthew Deacon also has experience as an Interim Group CTO at Omnio Group from February 2019 to June 2020, and as an Interim CTO at Cognisco Ltd from October 2017 to January 2019. Matthew served as the Iasa UK President at IasaUK from January 2005 to January 2018. Prior to that, Matthew Deacon worked at Microsoft UK as the Chief Architectural Advisor from January 2005 to October 2010. Matthew also held various roles at CGI, including .NET Practice Director and Senior Technical Architect. Matthew Deacon started their career as the Technical Director at Sunbather and later worked as the Development Manager at Datawatch.

Matthew Deacon attended The University of Sheffield from 1985 to 1988, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided.
