Hoshang N. Sinor

Mr. Hoshang is the Chairman and Independent Director of our Company since 2003, and a member of the Company’s Audit Committee. A veteran banker with a banking career spanning over four decades and retired as Jt. Managing Director of ICICI Bank in 2003. He thereafter ran the bankers trade body, Indian Bank’s Association, for over 5 years. He has been the Chief Executive of Association of Mutual Funds in India.
