Gavin Lockhart-Mirams

Gavin Lockhart-Mirams is a Board Member at Themis. Gavin was previously a Senior Policy Adviser to the Prime Minister at the Cabinet Office from May 2010 to May 2011. Gavin was also a Policy Advisor at the Conservative Party from January 2009 to December 2010. Prior to that, they were the Head of Crime and Justice Unit / Head of Health and Social Care Unit at Policy Exchange from January 2006 to December 2009. Before that, they were a Consultant at Accenture from January 2003 to December 2006.
