Alexandra Zeisse

Alexandra Zeisse currently serves as Head of People Services & Experience at The MISSION Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra was a Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at JATO Dynamics from May 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across 48 countries and collaborating with executives on organizational design and talent development. Alexandra also held the position of People & Culture Business Partner for the US, UK, and France at Future between November 2019 and April 2021, and served as Interim HR Manager at Smurfit Kappa for a brief period in 2019. Additionally, Alexandra led the HR department at Hartley Pensions Limited from April 2018 to September 2019. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, and IT from Carthage College.
