Ernesto Jr Cabayao

Ernesto Jr Cabayao is an experienced marine engineering professional with a solid background in various engineering roles across reputable maritime companies. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at THENAMARIS since February 2024 and as a Sea-Going Training Instructor at the Norwegian Training Center since May 2023, Ernesto has previously held positions including Chief Engineer at BW LPG and Second Engineer at BW Gas AS. Ernesto began a career in engineering as an Engine Cadet at Trans-Global Maritime Agency in 1991 and has progressed through numerous roles to attain significant expertise in marine engineering. Ernesto holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from careers Academy, completed in June 1994, and received early education from Makati Polytechnic Community College from 1983 to 1987.
