Som Kvl

Som KVL serves as the Vice President of Growth and Partnerships at TalUp since June 2023, contributing to India's digital transformation as the nation's largest digital talent aggregator. In addition to this role, Som has been the Vice President of Global Digital Services and an advisor at Thence since May 2019. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Partner at IBM, where Som worked from 2018 to 2021, and IT Consultant at Majid Al Futtaim. Other notable roles include Engagement Lead at OCP AFRICA and Delivery Lead at Thames Water. Som's career at IBM began in 1996, culminating in 2014, showcasing a strong background in IT strategy management and digital transformation. Som holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
