David Kettel

David Kettel is currently Of Counsel at Theodora Oringher PC, specializing in white collar defense, investigations, and complex civil litigation. Prior to this role, Kettel served as a partner at several prestigious law firms, including Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Venable LLP, focusing on white collar crime and SEC matters. Their experience also includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, where Kettel was involved in federal criminal prosecution and organized crime enforcement. Kettel holds a J.D. from Tulane University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
