Kevin Powers

Kevin Powers currently serves as the Real Estate Director at The Office Group, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Kevin held several roles at WeWork, including Senior Director of Real Estate and Interim Head of Real Estate, International. Kevin also led the Real Estate operations for the UK & Ireland and Southeast Asia. Before WeWork, Kevin worked at London Business School as Director of Real Estate Strategy & Operations and Senior Manager of Real Estate. Early career experiences include roles at Deutsche Bank as a Commercial Real Estate Associate and Analyst, as well as internships at various organizations including CBRE and IMMO Investment Technologies. Kevin holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Columbia University.
