Nicola Merry

Nicola Merry has a diverse work experience in the sales and operations field. Nicola started their career at The Instant Group in 2013 and held various roles such as Sales Support Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Sales Performance Manager, and Sales Operations Manager. In 2018, they joined The Office Group as the Head of Central Sales, where they were responsible for managing a telesales team and improving sales performance. Later, they became the Head of Product Sales, overseeing the recruitment and development of sales team members and driving revenue from new and existing customers. Nicola'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in sales management and developing high-performing teams.

Nicola Merry attended the University of Stirling from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Studies.
