Atul Raj

Atul Raj is an experienced Client Delivery Manager at Theorem, overseeing a team of over 50 professionals while excelling in client relationship management, project planning, and the implementation of process improvements that enhance client satisfaction. Since joining Theorem in November 2012, Atul has played a key role in migrating manual tasks to automation and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize service delivery. Prior to this role, Atul served as a Senior Associate at iGATE, where responsibilities included quality auditing, customer inquiry resolution, and training new team members. Atul holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from Banaras Hindu University and has expertise in handling sensitive content and engaging in high-level negotiations.
