Tarik Yousif

Tarik Yousif is the Program Director at TheoremOne. Tarik has over three years of experience in Delivery Management, overseeing multiple remote cross-functional custom software delivery teams from inception to delivery.

Tarik has a proven track record in securing new clients, scoping projects, planning resources and staffing, kicking off projects, and implementing best team and delivery practices. Tarik has also served as the primary point of contact for new clients, expanding the magnitude of our client relationships and quality of client experiences in the enterprise space.

In their previous role at Toptal, Tarik led the preparation of client proposals for new development projects, outlining services, deliverables and costs. Tarik also managed a team of project managers and directed the execution and delivery of client project.

Tarik is an expert in Lean principles and Agile methodologies. Tarik has provided oversight, project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling for multiple successful implementations. Tarik is also skilled in preparing engagement revenue and resource forecasts, timesheets and billing information, and weekly/monthly reports for client and internal leadership.

Tarik Yousif received a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. Tarik also attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
