Nick A. Wilson is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer & Counsel at Theorem since 2022, Nick previously held the title of Chief Compliance Officer & Regulatory Counsel for TPG Capital BD, LLC from 2018 to 2022. Nick's career also includes roles as Compliance Manager at Great Hill Partners and Compliance Analyst at Natixis Global Asset Management. Early career experience includes internships with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Wolf & Company, P.C. Nick earned a Juris Doctor with a Business Law Concentration from Suffolk University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Pre-Law from Kansas State University, along with education from Anglo-American University in Prague.
