Brenna Jones

Brenna Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brenna started their career at Cold Stone Creamery as the Director of Marketing & Communications, where they were responsible for national advertising, product launches, and sales building initiatives. Brenna then joined Massage Envy as the Director of Communications, where they optimized project management and streamlined communications.

Brenna later worked at Pinkberry Ventures, Inc as the Director of Training, successfully supporting the company's domestic and international growth by developing and executing training programs. Brenna continued their career at The Drybar as the Director of HR & Training, where they focused on building a strong foundation of leaders and creating scalable systems for recruiting and training.

Brenna also held multiple roles at sweetgreen, including Director, Operations West, Director of Learning and Development, and Interim VP of People Helping People. In these roles, they oversaw the launch of sweetgreen in the California market, developed training programs for new employees, implemented leadership development training, and created role-based training content. Brenna also served as the Chief Operating Officer at SUGARED + BRONZED.

Most recently, Brenna joined Big Sky Impact Group as the Founder, where they provide support for startup companies to grow their people, leadership, and L&D skills. Brenna also helps teams gain clarity on goals, teamwork, and structure.
