Caitlin K.

Caitlin K. has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Caitlin began their career at the Kennedy Krieger Institute as a Behavior Data Specialist and later worked as a Clinical Specialist in a pediatric feeding disorders unit. Their responsibilities included running therapy sessions, training parents, collecting data, and preparing reports.

In 2013, Caitlin joined the Northwest Arkansas Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, where they served as a Behavioral Therapist and later as a Lead Therapist and Feeding Specialist. Caitlin managed daily operations, trained staff, ensured treatment progress, and handled crisis behavior for children with Autism.

Afterward, Caitlin joined The Emerge Center in 2016 as a Lead Therapist and later became a Registered Behavior Technician Trainer. Caitlin oversaw staff registration, managed operations, interviewed and trained new hires, and provided direct therapy to clients.

Caitlin then joined KidsTLC in 2018 as an Autism Operations Supervisor. Their responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, streamlining procedures, analyzing data, completing projects, coordinating with various departments, and interviewing and training new hires. Caitlin also worked on a software development project to create calendar software for KidsTLC.

In 2022, Caitlin worked at Cerebral as an Operations Manager, overseeing operational tasks and managing staff until October 2022.

Currently, Caitlin is working as a Senior Operations Manager at Origin, starting from January 2023.

Caitlin K. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Science with a focus on Early Childhood Research from The University of Kansas. Additionally, they have a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
