Chris Pache

Chris Pache has worked in the IT and engineering industries since 2004. Chris began their career as an Account Manager for Aerotek Environmental & Engineering, where they developed relationships with new and existing clients, qualified business, trained recruiters to fill positions, and closed out business. Pache then worked as a Business Development Manager for Experis from 2009 to 2010, followed by an Account Executive role at SmartIT from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, Pache worked as an IT/Engineering Account Manager for Anchor Point Technology Resources and a Cybersecurity Business Development Manager for Rook Security. Since 2017, Pache has served as an Account Manager for BCforward, and they currently hold the role of Director of Recruiting at Theoris Services, which they began in 2020.

Chris Pache obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Technology & Management from the University of Bradford. Prior to that, they attended The Grange School, Hartford from 1986 to 1995.
