Troy Whalen

Troy Whalen is an experienced professional with a background in cultivation and procurement. Currently serving as Cultivation Flower Lead and previously as Cultivation Technician II and Cultivation Technician at Theory Wellness since July 2020, Troy has developed expertise in the cannabis industry. Prior experience includes roles at Patriot Care Corp. as a Cultivation Technician and Processing Technician, and at ZOLL Medical Corporation as a NPI Buyer/Planner and Global Sourcing Co-op, where responsibilities involved medical device procurement and performance metrics analysis. Additional roles include Operations Team Member at Spectra, Customer Service Agent at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and Seasonal Laborer at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed in 2019.
