Danielle R. has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Danielle is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Theory. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead at L'Oréal in 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Danielle held various roles at Tarte Cosmetics, including Director of Talent, Senior Talent Manager, and Talent Manager.
