Heather Simoneschi has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving in an operations role at Theory since September 2015. Prior to this position, Heather worked as a manager at TUMI from October 2014 to September 2015 and gained experience as a substitute para-educator at the Stanwood-Camano School District between September 2011 and October 2014. Additional experience includes an operations and HR role at Victoria's Secret from October 2010 to September 2012. Heather is currently pursuing education at Arizona State University while having previously attended Skagit Valley College.
