James Kelly is currently the Global Co-COO and US CFO at Theory, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as CFO for UNIQLO Canada and Finance Director for UNIQLO USA, contributing to their operations in North America from 2014 to 2019. James has also led Corporate Planning for Uniqlo USA from Tokyo HQ and worked at KPMG as a Manager in Restructuring, where they managed international turnaround projects. They earned an MBA from INSEAD and a BA with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge.
