Currently, Melissa serves as the Director of Logistics & Operations at Theory, leveraging expertise in continuous improvement and data analytics to enhance performance and reduce costs. Previously, they held a leadership role as Vice President of Global Operations, Strategy, and Production, driving significant process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Additionally, Melissa has a background in coaching and has been involved with B'TWEEN as the Director of Business Operations. They are currently pursuing dual degrees at Columbia University and the University of Manitoba.
